I started my computer today and the sound stopped entirely, the slider keeps insisting on 0. My Samsung monitor speaker functions fine, but only the Focusrite slider does. I attempted a restart, updated the OS and drives—still nothing. Any advice? Snapchat-2102875718.mp4

Your system volume has been unintentionally muted. It's more likely that either the built-in or external microphone is turned off, blocking sound transmission from that device. Other incorrect sound configurations can produce a similar outcome. Click and hold the Speakers icon on the taskbar, then choose Open Volume mixer. Please note that if Speakers isn't visible, it could be hidden in the overflow area. To verify, show hidden icons.

The issue isn't resolving, and it's hard to understand what you're trying to do since you're in the volume mixer. You mentioned you can't adjust the volume slider for the device.

I resolved it, forced all audio programs offline at once, and now everything works smoothly.
