Your headset keeps producing a hissing noise only when connected to your motherboard, even after trying other devices. I've checked the ports and switched them, but it still happens. Could there be an issue with the cable or the motherboard itself?

It seems to be a USB headset, but if not, it could be electrical interference from your GPU. I faced the same issue and resolved it by purchasing a USB DAC/Amp for my headphones.

I've refreshed all my drivers, and it seems to be an issue with the motherboard on another device. It doesn't work with a USB headset, but it seems to function with my phone or monitor.
