It's conceivable the processor is experiencing difficulties. However, even though the chipset works fine, the motherboard could still be the source of the issue, possibly due to a defect.

The VR headset functions properly with another system, suggesting another motherboard could help. It seems the issue might be related to software rather than hardware. Did you also update the firmware on your controller during tracking problems?
