I recently enhanced my setup—specs: Mobo Asus Tuf Z390-Pro, CPU i9-9900k, graphics card Zotac 1060 (6GB), memory G.Skill Trident Z 2x8GB (2.4GB), PSU XFX Black Edition 850W. Everything fits properly, but I still can't boot the 1060 in any slot, only seeing the white QLED screen. I managed to access BIOS with my GTX 960, but not further. Any advice? Please check version 2606 if needed.

It can start from Windows using version 960, and it asks for downloading an ASUS Q-installer. All programs are being gathered and drivers are being verified.
