The Asus RT-AX58U isn't linking with your modem.
“ISP doesn’t support this dhcp.” I tried adjusting settings for a while, updated the firmware, and reset it to factory settings, but it still claimed it couldn’t reach the internet during updates. Recently I restarted both the modem and router several times and finally got YouTube and Facebook open on my desktop via Wi-Fi—not LAN. Other devices like phones, Roku, and smart TVs also failed. Through the ASUS app I never saw a connection to the modem. Is there any solution left? Or should I reach out to ASUS support outside their laptop department? I called them and they said they could help via internet chat—it really helped when dealing with router issues.
