Here’s a revised version of your text:

I own a 1000W PSU from Corsair, paired with an ASUS ROG Strix x570 gaming case, AMD Ryzen 9 5950X CPU, and NVIDIA RTX 3080 Ti graphics card. One day my PC started up but wouldn’t reboot. Once it did, the motherboard LEDs stayed lit. I didn’t know what was wrong, so I thought maybe the case’s power panel was damaged. I replaced the case and installed a new AIO liquid cooling unit. After connecting everything and turning it on, it ran for about an hour before suddenly shutting down again. I unplugged it, waited a day, then tried again. It booted up briefly for a moment before powering off completely. The motherboard LEDs came on. I removed the GPU and memory modules to test, but the issue persisted. I changed the CPU cables, swapped out the PSU, and even reset the CMOS battery, but nothing helped. All components are new, bought roughly six months ago. I only got a fresh case and cooling units because I suspected the old one might be faulty.

The code reader fails to activate. No display appears, and the screen remains black.

No, I haven't checked the CPU for bent pins.

I moved the MOBO and CPU into the new case without taking them out. I’ll attempt to reattach the CPU and look for it, thanks for the advice.

I removed my CPU entirely. Everything appears normal—no bent pins or damage signs. I also checked each component separately with a friend. It looks like the issue might be on the motherboard (since all other parts functioned), so I submitted an RMA to ASUS.
