I just completed assembling my PC today. It comes with a Ryzen 5 5500 and 16GB RAM, along with a GTX 670 graphics card. The system powers on and lights up the fans, but it spins without any display or power reaching the keyboard or mouse. I need assistance right away! Tysm <3 IMG_0553.HEIC IMG_0554.HEIC

The system needs a BIOS upgrade from stock to enable the CPU, have you made that change before installing it?

I purchased the MMO from MicroCenter, and they mentioned it was a BIOS update version that came with a sticker confirming compatibility with Ryzen 5000.

The 5500 is a very new Ryzen CPU, coming out in the last 2 weeks. Unless they updated the BIOS themselves I highly doubt it has the necessary BIOS revision in order to have the system POST.

You can manually adjust the settings yourself, but first check if there’s an option to upload or refresh the content. If not, try restarting the app or clearing the cache.

From the BIOS flashback, the motherboard manual outlines steps for this process (specific to the board).

The display remains inactive with no video even after updating the BIOS.
