I just finished a build the other night using an Asus X670E-I, 7800X3D, and a Tuf 4090 inside a Tower 200 case. While setting up Windows, I noticed it would restart and display a black screen. Once it boots, accessing the OS usually requires manually changing the boot device in BIOS. The same boot device is always selected as the priority, but it won’t start unless I change it each time. After resetting all BIOS settings, the issue persists. Have anyone encountered this problem before?
