Hello, I recently purchased a G531GW two days ago and since it arrived without an operating system, I installed Windows 10 Pro and all the drivers from the Asus website. Initially, everything functioned perfectly until yesterday; the armory crate ceased displaying CPU stats and the fan speed, though the GPU was working normally as expected. Could someone assist me?

I faced an issue with my ROG Strix G15 (G512LU) where the Armoury Crate wouldn't show CPU stats, despite other functions working. I resolved it by following these steps: 1. Visit the official site and search for your laptop model or motherboard. 2. Choose the OS and go to "software and utility" to download the latest drivers. 3. Open the downloaded .zip file and find the "Uninstall" folder, then run "Uninstall.exe". 4. Restart the PC/Laptop. 5. Revisit the .zip folder and execute "ArmouryCrateSetup.exe". 6. Restart again. It should now function properly (it did for me). Happy using your system!

Thanks for your feedback. I encountered issues with my Armoury Crate container for a week, consistently seeing service error messages. Most users tried removing the app, ASUS Framework Service, Armoury Crate Service, and Rog Live Service, then reinstalling from the official support page, but nothing resolved the problem. After following your instructions, I uninstalled the app via the uninstall folder and reinstalled using ArmouryCrateSetup.exe, which restored everything to normal after a restart. Your solution worked well for me.

If the usual fixes fail, consider turning off "Memory Integrity" in "Core Isolation" and "Device Security" under Windows 10. Restart your laptop and launch ArmouryCrate—this should resolve the issue. It’s unusual, but it appears the system is trying to extract CPU information through memory regions protected by this setting. Unlike other monitoring tools such as HWiNFO64 or MSI Afterburner, which function normally even with this feature active, this approach worked unexpectedly. I was surprised when I discovered the problem stemmed from Intel XTU, which warned it couldn’t start due to Core Isolation being enabled. It seemed similar for ASUS AC.

Thanks for the update. The fix is in place, but I'm still wondering if it's secure.
