Hello everyone, I own a ROG STRIX X370-I gaming PC and the ASUS Ai Charger isn't functioning properly. Whether or not the software is running, I'm only getting around 0.5 watts from the USB ports, which is far below the minimum required by the USB standard. This makes charging my USB devices extremely slow. I'm trying to figure out what's causing the issue. Do you know of any possible fixes?

It seems the software was likely designed exclusively for Apple devices. I couldn't use it on my older ASUS motherboard, which makes me think it might be a misleading claim, a feature that only applies to Apple products, or there was an error in its setup.
