i own a used ASRock 6800 Phantom gaming unit my friend purchased but it doesn’t function properly. He asked me to check it without drivers, and the basic Windows driver appears to work and runs fine. However, whenever I try to install the drivers, it either stops displaying or crashes. If I manage to get it installed, Windows reports everything is normal, but no image shows up. I’ve tried DDU, fresh OS, GPU BIOS updates, various drivers, multiple displays with different cables, cleaned and disassembled the unit, and even used it in a hot oven as a last resort. Plugging in another GPU only makes things worse—device shows stopped working while it claims to be fine. I’ve looked through forums and tried many solutions but still can’t get it to work or see anything. I’m stuck on drivers or just can’t get a clear picture of what’s happening.
