I’d like to run Football Manager 2019 on my HP with an i5 processor and 6GB of RAM, but it’s displaying an error message stating that the application isn’t compatible with my PC. Could you advise me on how to resolve this issue and get it running?

Post up your systems full specs for us.
An i5 could be an old one like an i5-650 or worse, an old one in a laptop like i5-520m... and this certainly isn't enough info for anyone to advise you.
