You're experiencing delayed enemy gunfire sounds in Apex Legends, similar to a 30-second lag. The audio seems unaffected by other apps or games, so the issue might be specific to your setup. Check your headphone configuration and ensure you're using the correct audio output settings in Windows.

Need to fix this, I haven't had time. It seems like a software problem rather than a hardware one, based on other games working well. My setup includes an i7 4770, GTX 970 GPU, MSI H97 GAMING 3 RAM, Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz 8GB, Cooler Master Silent Pro Gold 550W PSU, and a HyperX Cloud II headset connected directly to the motherboard.

This 2060 6GB model performs well at 1080p with all NVPN enabled and gaming set to ultra. You’ll likely achieve 80 to 120fps smoothly. Have you considered updating the drivers or using an older version instead?

Do you have a solution? I'm experiencing the same issue.

I upgraded my graphics card today and removed all the drivers using DDU. The issue is resolved temporarily. Consider reinstalling the drivers. Many users have found success by switching from stereo to 7.1 in sound settings or vice versa.
