Hello, I'm having an issue with my RAM clock. My system is running Aorus Master, and I've upgraded to 9900k at 5Ghz with a stable setting of 1.29v. Sometimes the RAM frequency spikes to 3066Hz, but it usually stays around 2800Hz. The RAM model is CMT32GX4M2C3200C16. I'm attaching my OC configuration.

I verify the RAM in another setup. If it meets the XPM profile on the new machine, I send the motherboard back or initiate a return. For the i9 10900k I found it either functions immediately or is sent back. That’s my process with the system below. It originally came with 3600 RAM but only supported 3200. When I transferred it to another computer, it worked perfectly. I added 4000 RAM to the i9 10900k, yet it still capped at 3200 and began freezing with blue screens before rebooting. I returned the motherboard because it was unused. A replacement arrived and it operates flawlessly now.

I began modifying my CPU's power supply with 1.35v RAM, maintaining the same MHz. I attempted to use XPM mode instead of manual settings – results were consistent. Components listed below: LLC and VRM under voltage.

You're currently using a different BIOS version than the one I'm seeing. Are you also using XMP enabled? The DRAM remains incompatible with DDR4-3200 even after enabling it. For your 32GB memory, are you pairing two 16GB modules or four 8GB modules? If you raise the DRAM voltage to 1.40V, what results would you expect?

BIOS version is the newest release—F11C. Likewise for XMP settings, it caps at 2800. Uses 2x16GB memory. I also tested it with 1.5V and got the same result.
