You're experiencing inconsistent performance from your Aorus laptop. The GPU seems limited to around 1300MHz, while benchmarks suggest higher speeds. It appears only certain cores are being used effectively, with some fluctuating between 300MHz and 3000MHz. Despite using the performance power plan and having the AC adapter connected, neither component reaches its maximum power limits. Possible causes could include driver issues, thermal throttling, or software settings affecting performance. Checking for updates, ensuring proper cooling, and verifying drivers might help resolve the problem.

I've also disabled BatteryBoost, yet several games continue running at 60fps regardless of Vsync enabled or disabled. For instance, I need to lock FPS at 120 to make Cyberpunk perform above 60fps, but it caps at 60fps if set to unlimited, and it never exceeds 180 in the main menu even though my laptop can refresh at 360Hz—not only for Cyberpunk.

I understand someone facing the same issue on an MSI laptop with a 60 fps freeze, especially during competitive games like Fortnite or CS. I don’t have any details yet.
