It sounds like you're hearing a high-pitched or supersonic buzzing noise. This could be caused by coil whine from the motor and rattling from the fan blades hitting the cables as they spin.

I can hear my RTX 2070 making its unique noise. That’s definitely not normal—it comes from the heatsink.

During heavy usage, the fan increases its speed which may be the cause of the problem. You can adjust the fan setting to 100% in the BIOS or a fan control app and note the sound. Holding the cooler closer to the board might help reduce the noise.

It shouldn't be that way, but perhaps the bearings are the issue. Not some hidden trick—just the bearings might be the problem!
