Everything looks fine. The PGA chip socket allows room for the pins, and pulling the latch engages a system that secures the CPU correctly. You might want to remove the chip to check for any obstructions in the socket.

It looks like all the pins are functioning properly and there are no issues in the holes of the pad. I'll reinsert it and check if it posts.
