I feel really insecure about everyone else. We only have Fry’s, which seem empty now. Unfortunately, Best Buy is the nearest place for tech supplies these days.

I've been using a 7600k at 4.2 before, and the 2700x really shines in newer titles and daily multitasking. It's not as fast with single-threaded tasks, but background work can move to other threads on the new AMD chip, so performance differences aren't huge for me. The overall experience is much smoother. If you're not just gaming, it's a solid choice.

Don't expect great news... 2066 is undergoing a change. Many stores are stopping the latest "9th" models and will switch to the new 10th generation when it arrives.

It depends on how you phrase your request. If you clearly ask about shipping a Ryzen 7 2700x to a different state, they should take it into consideration. If you're unsure of the wording, it might help to be more specific.
