I've started fresh with the new build. No matter what I attempt, the display doesn't turn on after pressing the power button—it stays lit and no other lights activate. Beep codes appear, but everything else powers up normally. The AIO RAM and motherboard are confirmed. I checked the GPU settings; it's in 0 RPM mode when idle. The specifications are correct: ASUS Prime X670E Pro, Wi-Fi, Ryzen 7 7700X, Radeon RX 6700X, XFX SWF308, 2x16GB RAM at 5600MHz. PSU is Corsair HX1200, case is Hite Y60, storage includes Samsung 980Pro 2TB and 500GB. Cooler is Aorus WaterForce X280 AIO. I've tested power cables, used the RAM in both single and dual slots, powered it with and without peripherals and the GPU. Cleared CMOS, tightened CPU cooler. Returned the motherboard and CPU for further inspection—they both passed their tests. Still nothing. I refunded the RAM and got two new sticks, checked them all again after the steps, but it still doesn't work. I'm really disappointed because this was my first build from scratch and I was really looking forward to it. Please help me.

Did you turn on XMP/EXPO settings or just use the standard options? Are you aware if your RAM is configured with EXPO or XMP? How long did it take for the system to start up? The first boot usually requires a couple of minutes for memory checks.

Time was set but it activated unexpectedly, I’m not sure how. Probably closing this form is the best option—thanks for trying!
