Are there any ideas you could share? I own an Alineware M15 R4, and most of my time isn’t for gaming but for lighting at live events and video mapping. I control the lights via Artnet using a node (link below). My built-in port shows "Ethernet cable disconnected" when I connect directly to the node or through a PoE adapter, which is normal. I have to use USB or Thunderbolt adapters instead, making it less convenient since I have to remember them. Artnet works fine on another computer, but the node isn’t responding. It seems like the network port can’t see it, even though other connections work. Thanks, Thomann.
