The CPU fan is quite loud at about 2235 rpm, and in Armoury Crate the lowest setting is also 2235. Your AIO cooler is Corsair iCUE H100i Elite Capellix 240mm. Can you lower the fan speed?

Remove the Armory Crate using the official tool from the motherboard's website. Skipping this step may cause additional issues. Next, adjust the fan speeds in the BIOS settings. Do not modify the pump speed. Confirm whether the noise comes from the CPU fan or another component.
