Your 990 Pro has been stopping unexpectedly for about three weeks. I’m having trouble playing games or updating, and the issue only appears when trying to access File Explorer. It works again after a few restarts. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Did you receive the firmware update? If not, this was typical during the launch since the drives were failing due to a firmware issue. If it wasn’t updated, it likely caused problems. You can verify using Samsung Magician software.

The standby mode was turned off during my check. I reset it, refreshed the BIOS, and restarted, and everything has worked fine so far. Samsung Magician confirms I’m current with the drive.
