I used several power supply calculators and they recommend a higher wattage unit. It seems the PSU might not be delivering sufficient power when all my components are overclocked.

voltage degradation 1.4v is excessively high for continuous operation, in my view.

Just for fun, switch the offset to adaptive plus offset. This helped get my i5 8600k stable at 5ghz. It's similar to your setup without hyperthreading. I also have my llc at 6 instead of 5.
Of course, this could only work if you didn't mess up your CPU by delidding it. I'm not very daring, but I'm getting 5ghz.
I should note that I also use an MSI build, though it's not as powerful as yours. See the description below for details.

$1400 pc, $50 psu. The 600w Evga (600b?, NEX?) delivers mediocre performance, and stability at such a high output is questionable. This PSU isn't designed for it. The issue lies more with the ripple size and its impact on the LLC than with the dimensions. I recommend opting for a higher-quality Gold unit or a better PSU with excellent ripple characteristics—such as the G2/G3 series, Seasonic Focus plus, or Corsair RMx(i). A 550w minimum would suffice, but 650w would be preferable.
