The system is restarting unexpectedly even though everything seems configured correctly. I've checked the BIOS and PBO settings, including Ryzen Master, but no other changes have been made. Voltages appear normal. It's running on an X570 crosshair hero VIII, and I'm unsure what else to investigate. Any advice would be appreciated.

Are the latest bios available? Have you attempted to disable PBO?

It seems connected to memory issues. I may need to adjust those settings or modify voltages in the CPU area. Could be a straightforward fix. Let me know if you'd like to add more parts to the list.
