Which app do you rely on for tracking temperature? Have you looked into Ryzen Master already? It displays frequency per core along with temperatures.
If you don’t require special configurations, I’ll apply the standard defaults and check for any adjustments. It’s a good idea to ensure the BIOS is up to date, just in case. What are the overall specifications of the remaining system? I’m also keeping an eye on whether a lower-end motherboard could restrict performance if it wasn’t built for higher settings.
