The Wi-Fi in your home functions well on the 5 GHz band, yet the 2.4 GHz channel isn’t visible on any device. This is with Xfinity and a standard router configuration. While I’m not usually deep in internet specifics, I’m sure many of you here have more insight. Appreciate any help!

When you connect to the router, there should be a choice to activate or deactivate the radios, ensuring the 2.4GHz band is enabled. The configuration is typically found in sections like LAN, Wireless, or similar, and may require navigating to advanced options first.
