your motherboard supports msi b550m pro-vdh with wifi and 4 dimm slots in dual channel mode. the ram setup you have—two x8 and two more x8—gives you four slots. the cpu is r7 5700x and the ram sticks are set to their maximum frequencies. the debug led lights up when using four slots, which suggests compatibility issues. you mentioned setting them to 3200mhz, but the specs indicate dual channel support. it seems the four slots might be causing a conflict, so you may need to check the motherboard manual or contact support for clarification.

Dual channel refers to two sticks operating together, while four would be dual channel doubled. I'm using four machines with dual kits of RAM, similar to what you mentioned. My setup is G-series, and it should function properly without major problems—just defaulting to JEDEC speeds if needed. Not starting at all is another concern. Would it work with either kit individually? It might be due to a faulty stick in the second kit.

i've experimented with inserting the rams 2x8 one by one, and both worked. however, when i tried four at once, it didn't. i also adjusted them in bios to 3200 each, but i'm not sure if that was the right approach. it seems like i'm still unclear about what's causing the issue... but it's reassuring to know my motherboard can support four rigs! just need the right setup now.

I don't consider Corsair RAM the best option. Many users have shared similar problems on forums. If possible, reset your BIOS to the default settings and attempt again. It might be due to a conflicting setting, so clearing it could help. Have you tested all the kits together in pairs?

When all four sticks are installed, you can access the bios. You might need to adjust the speeds and timing manually.

I attempted to connect the sticks from various kits. Should I load the F2 to default first? Then repeat the process for the other kit? I’m guessing setting it to default will apply all their configurations together. Haha, not sure.

We aim to start the system after confirming all components. Adjustments can be made later.

Yo, you're at F1 F2 with 4 inserted. Should you go back to F2?

Default works well at the moment. Just let me know how it progresses.
