I attempted to run another BIOS on the 3090. Even after setting it as the first boot device after clearing the drivers, Windows started but nothing appeared on the screen. The red indicators on the card lit up right away when power was applied. It seems the card is likely faulty. I plan to install the 4080 and hope it works without further damage to my PC. Thanks again for your assistance!
