Hello, I see your RAM reports 3800MHz while it should be 3600MHz. You've boosted the CPU to 3.95MHz via Ryzen Master, but the GPU hasn't been overclocked yet. Could there be a mismatch or another factor affecting performance?

task manager isn't always precise. for accurate ram speed, use gpu-z—it displays half the actual frequency, so keep this in mind if your ram runs at 3600, cpu-z will show 1800, etc.

Welcome to the forums! Have you tried using CPU-Z or HWinfo64 to check the DRAM frequency? The Task Manager isn't the most reliable tool for this. Install CPU-Z, open the memory section, and search for DRAM frequency. If it shows 3600MHz, that's likely correct.

It is configured to operate at 3800. If it functions smoothly and remains stable, that's satisfactory.

No, it's not an error or anything negative.

It's tough to see it clearly, but a BIOS reading of 3800MHz looks good. As @Mark Kaine mentioned, that’s a solid performance boost from a good memory controller paired with your Ryzen 5 3600.
