I’ve owned this headset for a while now, but since I reset my computer, I'm experiencing problems with audio in almost every game. It consistently cuts out for about half a second, then stutters briefly before resuming normally – however, the audio works perfectly when I unplug the headphones. This happens frequently across a wide range of games, including Dead by Daylight, Rainbow Six Siege, Insurgency: Tactical and CSGO. I’ve encountered this exact issue with virtually every game I've played recently. Has anyone else experienced something similar? If so, could you suggest any solutions to fix it?

Once you completed the factory reset, did you make sure to install all available Windows updates and then check your motherboard manufacturer’s website for the latest drivers?
