hello, your setup seems to have some issues with the RAM speed. after checking in bios, it showed 2133mhz but you changed it to 3000mhz. when saving and restarting, the desktop icons vanished and the screen glitched, forcing a reboot. after resetting, it worked fine until you tried changing it again. you mentioned using an ASUS TUF B450M-PLUS motherboard that supports up to 4400mhz DDR4. could you confirm if the RAM you bought is genuine or if there was a problem with the installation? thank you for your help!

I configured it to 3000Mhz using DOCP settings. For manual adjustments, I modified the timing and voltage parameters. After exiting the BIOS, it booted into Windows immediately without needing multiple attempts.

The claimed 4400mHz is the highest achievable with a very precise CPU, RAM, and board. I believe raising the DRAM voltage should be the initial adjustment.

Clear all memory configurations and turn on XMP. I’ll adjust everything so RAM operates at 3000MHz.

You adjusted the frequency to 3000MHz and it started successfully, thank you for your patience. I understand this might be a bit tricky with the BIOS settings.

Adjust the XMP profile for AMD, which handles all necessary configurations such as frequencies, voltages, and timing automatically.

Essentially, you need to adjust memory speed and timing settings for optimal performance. Likely, the original default settings weren’t stable enough, so a faster configuration was needed. On the BIOS main screen (in EZ mode), look at the left side near the middle of the display—there you’ll find 'DOCP' highlighted in green. Enable this option and test the results. If it doesn’t work, you may need to manually fine-tune the speed settings.

When saving and closing the BIOS, avoid touching it for a short time. The board may power on and off several times to test the memory limits. Wait until Windows is fully loaded before using the computer again.

Thanks for your help, I'm feeling a bit confused now. I started with Windows and checked the memory chip speed using CMD, but it says I'm not running at 3000MHz.
