Have you attempted to reset the CMOS?

I reinitialized it using the switch; it removed the battery to attempt another try.

Inspect every connection thoroughly, including PSU cables fully inserted. Remove all RAM modules and secure them properly. Verify every cable, from RGB to USB ports. Confirm everything is connected correctly. Also, take off the protective film from the AIO. If you don’t see updates on BIOS, install it via USB. Check if any RGB lights appear after pressing the power button. Test the system with just one or two RAM sticks to see if it clears the RED post light. Remember, we all tend to overlook small details—don’t hesitate to reach out if needed. Always power down the PC first, ensuring the Rocket Switch on the PSU is turned off before proceeding.

I've rearranged the RAM several times, it now holds one stick. Connectors appear normal. Bios were recently updated. Only RGB is active on the GPU, which is currently off. Fans operate and the motherboard passes test lights. No film remains on the AIO.

Ensure the Cmos header is properly cleared by holding a jumper pin for 20 seconds. Remove the header pin, power on the PC, and verify it passes the LED check in MOBO. If unsuccessful, try removing the GPU or testing another RAM stick. Consider these steps as your current options.

Already resolved with the pins several times, and removed the battery for at least two minutes. The GPU is already out. The RAM swap didn’t help. I obtained the CPU, motherboard, and RAM from a microcenter kit, checking them to see if a replacement would work.

either ram or motherboard, but since it won’t post an ID, blame the board. Save your time and get rid of it—don’t try to fix a faulty or defective board that’s acting up for no reason.

Visited microcenter and successfully swapped CPU, RAM, and motherboard without problems. System boots up smoothly and appears stable. Idle temperatures and power consumption are lower today (49°C & 33W vs 44.5°C & 28W) compared to last time, matching what I remember from two weeks ago. Planning a stress test once everything is assembled further. Had a -25V onboard and XMP enabled for two weeks without issues. Could those configurations have led to problems, or is this just a failing component? The highest ambient temperature recorded yesterday might have pushed it beyond limits.
