The 13th Prestige A1 MG model fails to provide performance on Thunderbolt connections.
Check if the laptop can provide power via its two Thunderbolt connections. I turned on USB PowerShare in MSI Center, but the Thunderbolt ports aren’t supplying power—my phone still doesn’t charge when connected with a cable. However, when I used a USB-C to USB 3.0 adapter through the laptop’s USB 3.0 port, the phone charged properly. Is there a way to set the laptop to deliver power through either Thunderbolt port? Thanks.
