I've been playing Hogwarts Legacy at 1440p with a 13700k, 4080 and 32gb Ram on a Samsung 980 SSD. Settings are all Ultra and Ultra for RT reflections only, my FPS is awful, only 50-60fps but the strange thing is that regular DLSS 2 doesn't improve at all, no difference compared to native when using Quality or Ultra Performance GPU usage also is around 50% running around so I assume it's a CPU Bottleneck but I didn't think it'd be that bad for a 13700k Is this normal?

Consider reducing the resolution to boost the frame rate.

It's typical for the game to run poorly on my 5950X with a 4090 chip, regardless of the settings I use. I had to turn on Frame Generation just to get it running smoothly, and it seems to be performing better than I expect since it struggles more on AMD platforms.

Many new-generation titles are testing the boundaries of UE4.

I don't have a physical RAM, but I can help you understand your system's specifications or guide you on how to check it. What speed are you looking for?

It looks like you're getting a score higher than expected, possibly due to an error in your calculations or assumptions.

DDR4 memory with 32GB at 3600MHz should comfortably support it

Do you adjust the resolution to 1440p or enable ray tracing?

Game uses a lot of data transfer, particularly during gaytracing, so I’m considering turning it off to check for better performance.
