The 11th of February framework laptop fails to power up.
Hi, my brother brought his laptop on vacation. We flew in and out, but he didn’t use it. Now we’re back and it won’t turn on. The power switch flashes white for a moment then shuts off completely. The screen is blank. I’ve reset the CMOS and reinserted the battery. Any suggestions?
It might be the shaking during transport that caused a cable to detach or dust to block something. I recommend reaching out to Framework support—they’ve been quite useful so far. Also, this laptop should remain covered by warranty if the problem persists. Wishing you success!
