I’d like to refresh the bios settings. It seems you’ve already tested another HDMI or DP connection, and your previous system isn’t starting either. Could you share the specifications and parts from both configurations?

Check if the system supports F12 for boot options or try pressing F2 to see if it triggers any default menu. If nothing appears, the BIOS might not be loading properly.

The motherboard supports a BIOS flashback function. You can upgrade with a USB drive without needing a CPU installed—actually, taking the CPU out would be beneficial. Check your motherboard’s manual for details.

It seems like the issue goes beyond just a simple BIOS update. My old machine isn’t functioning properly, which suggests more than just a basic fix is needed. I’m certain I spent a lot of time on this problem.

Things have become even more confusing. When I tried restarting my old PC, it only turned on when the CPU wasn’t connected. But with just the 24-pin power supply, it worked and the fan spun up unexpectedly. For the new build, I’d need a different CPU to flash the board for my existing one—really frustrating.
