I often feel concerned about these "processor usage screen hacks" since it would be simple to create a fake one in Premiere.

I understand it's fake, but it still looks great. I've seen some that modify the core load, though they're much slower and have lower quality.

It appears you probably expected the video to be genuine, given only a brief clip, but it seems to have been altered or fabricated. Similar examples include the task manager displaying "bad apple" to demonstrate performance issues.

Several Xeons offer 896 cores, such as the Intel Xeon Scalable series like the Xeon Gold 5650 or Xeon Gold 6000. I located the reference using a script that allowed manual control over process affinity in Task Manager—it was quite challenging.
