I reset the CMOS battery as well as tried different Ram slots with single ram. I made sure all connections are secure. Then I moved the system over to a different outlet and plugged it in. It worked and I was able to set up Windows. Then unplugged it to move it back and now it won't work again. Fan spin and I have USB power but no display. Please help!

I also tested the outlets and I'm getting and even 120 volts on all of them
