I’m having trouble accessing my memory modules with the Thaiphoon burner, and I’m unsure why. I’m checking to confirm whether I have an X16 or X8 RAM installed. My laptop is a Lenovo Legion 7 16achg6, and I just added new RAM yesterday without realizing the type.

The Thaiphoon burner is confirmed to be compatible. The controller ID is recognized as supported.

Create a USB drive or external hard disk running Windows 10, install Thaiphoon Burner on it, then launch the PC from the drive without an internet connection. Begin Thaiphoon Burner and finish the setup process. Successfully complete the installation.
