You still have plenty of options to try.
Current adjustments include: -dxlevel 81
High mat_phong set to 0 with all other parameters reduced in the TF2 settings.

It means if you're struggling to play games like Team Fortress, your system is probably very basic. You'll have to accept that without an upgrade, you can't get the best experience.

It's completely unacceptable. This device is a Dell Inspiron and using it for gaming is extremely poor quality.
