I'm experiencing frequent stutters in most games whenever they load, especially during tree loading—consistent frame drops without any visual glitches. In BeamNG, loading textures causes constant stuttering, and the FPS counter shows increased wait times for the GPU. During CSGO warmups, I notice heavy stuttering when textures are being loaded. My system specs include an RTX 2060, i7-8700, 16GB DDR4, 4GB GDDR6, 16GB NVMe SSD, and a Samsung EVO 860 GB SSD. I've tried reinstalling drivers, updating NVIDIA control panel settings, running benchmarks, and adjusting RAM settings, but the GPU CPU drives remain solid while memory performance is slightly below expectations.

Review your CPU and GPU heat levels during gameplay and share the findings. Use HWinfo’s sensors to capture average, current, and peak temperatures. Also, verify your SSD’s lifespan or wear status while you do so.
