I am noticing in the benchmark that is has my RAM speed at 2133 when it should be at 3200?

Looks much better could the lower RAM speed and CPU cores being cut in half have been bottlenecking?

That's much better.
The lower ram speed would've hindered performance a little - nothing too crazy.
The cpu cores... ehh, depends on what you're running. Physical cores > logical processors.
In gaming mode, the 3900X should've been running like a Ryzen 3600X, but it wasn't in the first userbench you posted, and I have no idea what caused it - you said you changed some things tinkering around with Ryzen Master, so the cause lies there.
You fixed it right after as shown in the 2nd run.

I am going to leave the computer on overnight because that is where my issue seems to be it quickly degrades performance wise over a span of about 4 hours. I use my computer for work so it runs fair nonstop hence when I went higher end buildwise got a nice spacious case lots of PWM fans and watercooling for the cpu to balance that out.

Generally, you should be concerned if your CPU consistently exceeds 80°C (176°F) while gaming. 85°C (185°F) is a critical threshold that can lead to thermal throttling – where the CPU reduces its performance to prevent damage. 76°C (169°F) during sustained load, like a demanding game, is starting to get high and warrants investigation into cooling solutions. Monitor your temps closely!

Here’s the rewritten text, aiming for clarity and conciseness:

The provided text contains detailed comparisons between AMD's Ryzen and Intel processors regarding temperature performance. It outlines specific temperature readings (Celsius) observed during testing: Ryzen reached peaks of 65°C and 76°C, while Intel’s Core processor peaked at 65°C and 76°C. The text emphasizes the lower peak temperatures achieved by the Ryzen processor under similar conditions.

Ryzen Master is best; some apps unintentionally 'wake up' dormant cores, making temps appear higher than they actually are.
After 4 hours, performance goes to the dumpster, no crashes or anything?
Hmm, I suspect something's overheating.
