These settings are quite high, especially the idle voltages. It sounds like you're pushing your hardware to its limits. Checking your components for stability and ensuring proper cooling would help. Adjusting voltages might not be the best approach—focus on maintaining a balanced system and monitoring performance under realistic loads. Your setup with the 280mm Arctic AIO seems solid, but keep an eye on temperatures and stability.

You didn't see any reviews at all. That's typical, especially with the 280 AIO.

I checked every review available, but it doesn’t spike to 100% right away with a 280mm AIO. I’m okay with high 90s, but not that high. Also, if you don’t contribute anything meaningful to this talk besides *YoU ShoUlD haved WatChEd RevIEws*, please step away if you won’t help or share useful info.

If you try to research it thoroughly, you’d have found the information quickly and easily. It’s clear when someone puts in minimal effort and then complains about it. These processors heat up rapidly, particularly under heavy multi-core tasks. Any reputable review would have highlighted the temperature problems and suggested ways to reduce them. Your examples covered idle temps around 40-60 degrees, but didn’t mention the surrounding environment or case ventilation. You asked simply if things were normal, and your answer was that it seemed fine. Learning more about the hardware—especially thermal performance—would have helped you better understand the situation. There are many discussions and videos about it, yet you tend to become defensive when considering doing your own research. If you avoid putting in the effort yourself, you’ll likely not gain much useful insight.

If it reaches 100 instantly on a 420AIO it seems normal, especially since it's a high-power part. You should always check reviews before purchasing. I don’t have constructive feedback, but it’s good to know what others are experiencing. Do you have any case information? Also, are there many users mentioning airflow in the 13900K? If it hits 100 at 100°C, that’s typical for a 280 rad setup—nothing to worry about. You probably won’t strain the chip much, so you could leave it or lower the voltage.

The 011D is equipped with three P12 Arctic fans for intake.

These temperatures seem typical. You might want to consider reducing the volume.

Ok, I'll do you one better. Ambient is 22c, There are 3 Arctic P12's in a 011DXL with dust filters removed. And I watched many reviews about the 13900K, And only saw extreme throttling with low end air coolers and 240mm liquid coolers. I knew this was a hot chip going in, and I'm very aware it's got some *overheating issues*. It's not easy to cool billions off transistors condensed into a single monolithic die about 1/3rd the size of a 4090 die. Now yes I didn't go into extreme detail, But I also didn't think I need to when I specifically asked about this "Voltages" being higher then normal. Considering the somewhat vast difference between how voltages fair between motherboard manufacturers, I'm going in with the assumption that GIGABYTE, being the vendor of said motherboard might be pushing voltages too high. Given these differences in said examples, Is it illogical to ask a question about them being *too* high? I've searched this before hand and I have several different answer telling of different results. So I wanted a third opinion by posting here.

Thanks for not replying half-heartedly to my question. I appreciate it, even though it wasn’t fully specific. I’ll spend the rest of the night tuning and checking for anything useful.

It will get warm when using stock configurations. 1.4v looks too high; consider adjusting voltages or setting a power limit in BIOS to test performance.
