Turn off the power. Shut down the PSU. Take out the CMOS battery. It usually takes a few minutes, but it might need up to 10 or 15. For simplicity, remove it for about 15 minutes. After the waiting time ends, put the battery back in, restart the PSU, and turn on the rig. It should start with the default settings.
Never... ever, ever, ever, use the "auto-overclocking" feature. It's terrible...
