Connected ISP confirmed the issue isn't from our side. Modem appears to be functioning correctly and doesn’t recognize the problem. The situation is occurring across multiple platforms—two computers and my phone—as well as various services. It’s been about five days, so I’ll have to wait it out, I suppose.

Typically, ISPs provide equipment either for rental or outright purchase.

It seems like your connection has a blend of wireless and wired setups across different operating systems and devices. Maybe your modem or router needs attention, or the ISP is experiencing issues. Do you have another device ready to try?

my modem controls my PC, Xbox PS5 and Raspberry Pi. don't bother with the others often. my phone links to the modem via Wi-Fi 6. my Linksys router ties into the Google mesh that reaches my dad's computer all the way around the house. the modem sits in my room. both Windows 10 are installed.

Everything passes through the Linksys router. You have two choices: (a) get, borrow, rent, or purchase a new one and try it out. (b) wait and observe if the problem resolves itself.
