I enhance my I5 4670K to 4.4GHz at 1.230V, and it runs smoothly five times with no issues. During gameplay, occasional blue screens appear very rarely. Is Cinebech suitable for stress testing, and is Intelburn reliable for such tests?

Intel Burn Test shows if your CPU handles heat well. Cinebench puts pressure on it, but it doesn’t keep the CPU busy for extended periods like a game would.

I believe Prime95 might be effective. It seems to be a solid stress test tool.

OCCT is a great CPU stress testing utility. ASUS also developed an open-source benchmarking tool named RealBench, which offers a comprehensive evaluation.
