It was exactly 71, but I'm not sure why I placed my pointer there—other than the temperature, everything seems to be working properly.

Increasing to 4.2 is great, temperatures are also normal Cinebench results mean you won’t notice them in games. I think you're in solid shape. Also checked RAM and it's running at 3200, assuming XMP/docp is enabled, timing should be accurate. Everything looks fine.
