I made a lot of changes to Skyrim, and now this latency test is appearing constantly at the top left. It's really bothersome. Is there a way to disable it?

Estimated without a visual reference. Did you include SKSE or other advanced settings? If yes, check those areas first. Otherwise, review the available documentation for each mod, or disable them one by one to locate the issue.

Recent ENBs display fps counters in the top left corner, featuring a distinct font and decimal formatting. It wouldn't have been unusual if it was misinterpreted as something different.
