Over the last few months I've experienced strange behavior on my screen. It often jumps a full page or displays a file transfer warning while browsing the internet. Once the transfer finishes, it returns to the exact spot where I was transferring files. It feels like Windows is controlling me. I’ve only downloaded updates and run several virus scans, but they all came back clean. Here’s a video I recorded: I’m using Emby and scrolling through new uploads; when I favorite something it brings me back to the start of the list. This kind of odd thing keeps happening repeatedly. Right now I’m typing and my screen flashes to the folder where I’m transferring files. Any advice would be greatly appreciated—this is really frustrating.

It might be taken over by someone from the eastern region. My initial reaction is to completely erase everything and perform a thorough reset to eliminate any chance. This could resolve the problem even if it's not related to malware.
