The video file shown in the attached screenshot is what I’m referring to, not the Vcore. Regardless, 1.5V during idle is safe, and it doesn’t continuously request 1.5V even when idle, especially with the Balanced power plan in Windows.

Regarding the CPU core and SOC telemetry, check their current data streams. Offset might be needed depending on the device configuration.
